I tried to purchase the fixed range volume profile. I was qouted a discount rte of 9.95. I live in Thailand and my card is registered to me here but it is issued offshore in I-O-M. The payment was refused and i was asked to supply a local card, which i don't have. There's the option to pay more but that seems a little unfair. Any ideas?

hello it is 2024 and I am also experiencing this issue, my trend lines are stuck and not moving with the chart, drawing lines stopped with out letting go of the mouse, this is frustrating when trying to draw on the chart. any fix so far?
I also have this issue. I have naked charts. When you hold down a horizontal line or try to draw a line using pencil, the line will break as if your mouse right click is the issue. I bought a new mouse because drawing is very important for my strategy. After I changed mouse, problem still there. Then I found this thread. Please fix this asap.

I wanna to update my ctrader mac os . How I can do it?
Applications are updated automatically whenever a new version arrives.
and I have 3 accounts in 3 different broker . how I can link these 3 account when I open a possion for example 0.1 lot gold immediately and automatic open on 2 account other .
Another question is about automatic partial exit . In windows or desktop ctrader have one icon for close step by step possion but in Mac OS do not have .
Advanced protection is not available on cTrader for Mac yet.
J'étais curieux de tester le mode copie pour un projet futur. J'ai réussi à le faire avec le même broker (mode démo) En créant un deuxieme compte chez mon broker mais ce deuxieme compte a été crée avec un email different de facon à apparaitre comme un client different et malheureusement il a fallu aussi que l'appli soit sur un appareil différent (l'un sur mon PC le “maître” et l'autre “l'esclave” sur une tablette avec cTrader pour android)

From your description it seems the problem is with your email provider, not with cTrader. You should investigate that further.
