You need to create a cTrader ID with the correct email address and ask your broker to link your accounts to the new cTrader ID.

Your broker needs to create an account for you on the same server as the strategy providing account. You should talk to them.

You have are referring to a plug in but you have posted the code for a cBot. You cannot run a cBot as a plugin. Where did you find this code?

What can I do to get Spotware to make this available asap? At least the 5000.0 pips inclusion

As per my response, this is not configured by Spotware but by the broker.
