We managed to connect to atirager and the issue was with his network connection, which was affecting other sites as well. As far as I understand from the messages, it seems to be a similar issue. The application cannot connect to your server. You should check your network configuration.

We received the troubleshooting and it seems that there cBots running which might be causing this issue. Please turn of the cBots and try to reproduce this problem again. If you can reproduce the problem without cBots, please resend the troubleshooting information.

cBots are built without source code by default. For the cBots to include the source code, you need to explicitly select the Build with Source Code option.

Hi sharm911,

New to Ctrader and can't figure out how to place a trade by placing my stop loss at the bottom of previous candle and risking 1% of total account. Is there a direct button available to place trades based on percentage of account for risk rather than pips? Anyone know the fastest way to place trade doing this with say 1% risk to 1.5% reward?

There is no one click way to do this. You need to play around with the volume/quantity until you get the desired %

Also don't seem to be able to keep scrolling to the right on the chart so that the current candle is in the middle of the chart.

Just drag the time counter to the left 

Also is there a way to change the appearance of the cursor to a full screen crosshair without having to switch to the crosshair tool?

No there is no such option
