Yes it is. cTrader manages deals in a FIFO way. A position's entry price and profit is just the average of the entry prices and P&L of each deal consisting the position. The first deal opened is the first one to close. As soon as it closes, entry prices and P&L and recalculated based on the remaining deals.

Fees are charged

1. 1st of each month
2. When the follower makes a withdrawal
3. When the follower stops following a strategy
4. When the strategy provider stops providing a strategy 

 From the equity's last high?

1. Management fees are calculated using each day's EOD equity
2. Performance fees are calculated using the period's EOD equity 

  I am let to believe that fees also apply for withdrawals but I don't understand how.

Fees are not applied for withdrawals but are charged on withdrawals. It means that if you make a withdrawal, fees for the elapsed period will be charged.

Out of the 14500 the follower withdraws 4500 during M2. Equity at the end of M2= 12000. There won't be any performance fees for M2 am I correct? If I am not correct what would occur?

There will a performance fee be on the 2000 profit made in M2

M2 Management Fees = Sum of the MF of each day. Am I correct with this example?
