I have installed iOS 13.0 beta 3 and now push sound alerts seem to be working again. Thanks

Hi Panagiotis, thanks for your message. Settings are identical except for the fact that I also set the permanent notification. I think that the problem may be caused by the fact that the apps do not yet officially support iOS 12.4 :-(
