Is there a version of Ctrader compiled for Linux? I use the Web version for manual trade, but I also need the automate, and with Wine it is terrible.

No, cTrader is not supported on Linux.

Yes you can there are some .NET friendly windows shells you can run within linux and cTrader will probably run on that. We've got a shell running here for windows based gaming. Dunno which one it is, but just google and you'll find it.
