Charts Loading Often Sluggish

I recorded 2 video's, comparing the cTrader Web on MacOS and the App on IOS. Where can I upload them?

When using the mobile app there is virtually no delay in chart loading when flicking through the different time frames. It's instant. Not the case in cTrader Web. Which get's on my nerves a bit as quick response times and loading are often needed in short timeframe scalping situations.

I am also experiencing a similar error
