How to add additional time frames to cTrader? Broker says they aren't sure how to do it

Hello @Spotware,
I asked Fusion Markets if they could possibly add a few more time frames to cTrader, such as 15-pip RANGE bars (amongst others).
Their response was the following:
I thought brokers were able to do this? Are you able to clarify?

Timeframes are determined by cTrader.
