Ctrader not running any backtest or optimization for any of the bots

Good evening, I am having issues with my version of Ctrader.
Everytime I attempt to run a backtest or optimisation, the program runs but not trades are executed in spite of the fact that it was working well previously.
This is not only happening with my own personal cbots, but also with the sample ones.
I am using IC market and the latest version of ctrader.
PS: I am trying with a new computer for which there was no OS when i bought it.
I had to install windows with a pen drive. I do have a hunch that this might be what is causing issues but I want to confirm it before going through the hassle of returning the laptop.
This is a known issue in cTrader 4.8 and should have been resolved in v5.0. Can you please download v5.0 and let me know if the issue persists?

I just uninstalled the previous version and installed the new version 5.0.21
I am afraid that the problem persists and with the same messages in the logs.

This happens to all strategies… including the sample ones I'm afraid.

cTrader Forum - Backtest, Optimization is Not Working
This forum post also has the same issue as me. We even have the same saversion of windows and the AMD 5.
I am able to run backtest on visual mode, but It is impossible for me to optimize.
