Funds not removed

I try to remove funds from a copy strategy and it tells me, Failed to remove funds from your copy-trading account. The request cannot be processed with the specified parameters.

there is more money then minimum investment but still doesn’t allow me to remove even if I stop copying trade.

The exact time the withdrawal was attempted
