IC Markets cTtader 3.7 Not Responding running on Win Server 2012 R2 VPS???

I just got my VPS reinstalled by my provider (forexvps). 

I installed the cTrader which I downloaded from ICMarket client download page.

everything is fine i.e. browsing https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ https://happymod.site/ the chart, open the link in 'Copy' tab but once i tried to load an instance in the 'Automate' tab it will freeze and not responding.

I tried loading an instance from the demo cBot provided by Spotware (other than my cBots) in the application as well but no avail - it still freeze.

Can you please send us some troubleshooting information so that we can check. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T, paste the link to the forum thread inside the text box and press Submit.

What helped you fix the issue? Did you try to reinstall cTrader? I'm having the same issue on my  Win Server 2019 after the latest updates.
