MarketRange removed from ExecuteMarketOrder?

MarketRange removed from ExecuteMarketOrder?

Hi all,

As far as I can tell from the errors in my cBot and the current API, MarketRange is no longer a parameter when using ExecuteMarketOrder.

Is this a bug, removed for a reason, or is there some other function I am overlooking?
