Hi there,

There is nothing you can do in the optimizer. What you can to is to stop the cBot immediately in OnStart() when the values overlap, so that the execution is skipped.

No there is no such option. You would need to automate this by yourself using cTrader Algo.

I mainly am interested in a dozen of items on which i trade using my preferred indicator that’s Ichimoku. I changed some parameters according to Fibonacci sequence, 8,21,55. When i enter the application, on whatever item, i get the correct view of the indicator. If i remain  on selected item, it works nicely for hours. Whenever i change item my indicator disappears, so i can’t get my signals and i have to restart the Ctrader app.

I have reverted to CTrader version 4.8(909) and the cbot is working fine on there. I think there is a bug in version 5.0. I need version 5.0 because it is the only version on MacOS with backtesting capability. I would be eternally grateful if you could you sort it out please.

I have reinstalled Ctrader for mac version 5.0.22 and ran the cbot under backtesting and the error has emerged.  See screenshot attached. There id a comms bug in Version 5.0.
