Today it happens again. What kind of a proxy server do you mean? What do I need to look after in my system? I have a high speed connection and sometimes I use Express VPN (updated). What can I do? I need my information (who dissapears) for trading! I already have send you a troubleshooting 4-5 times on friday 19.01.23.

We have received the troubleshooting report. Unfortunately there is no indication of something going wrong on our side, neither we can spot a general issue with our services. You should check your local setup and try to identify causes that could affect your connection e.g. antivirus, firewall, VPN etc. Try to disable such services and see if the connection performance improves.

Hi there,

Server object is a property of the Robot class. You should call it as a property of the robot e.g. 

cBot.Server.Time.Date.AddDays(days)

There is probably a logical bug in your code. Please share with us the following

  1. The full cBot code for both the indicator and cBot
  2. Exact steps on how to reproduce the discrepancy (Broker, cBot parameters, Backtesting settings etc)

The error occurs before the bot gets to debug. I have tried a clean rebuild etc. I just cloned one bot to make changes and it happened after making changes to the clone.  I will reclone again and see if I get the problem again before making any changes.

You can configure this in your Quick Trade settings

A master piece would be also having a strategy selection dropdown menu

The data is the responsibility of the broker. What we will do is to fix the method so that it does not hang when there are no data for the specific symbol. Unfortunately we do not have ETA for this fix at the moment.
