You should not use the account number or the cTrader ID number in that field. You should use the ctidTraderAccountId that is included in ProtoOACtidTraderAccount

Hi there,

I don't see any problem. The values on the chart include the cost of commission as well. Hence a fixed value is deducted from each P&L.

cTrader for Mac was released three months ago so probably the posts you are looking at are not relevant. Advanced protection will be added at a later release of the application.

Hi @PanagiotisCharalampous

I just spoke to Konstantinos Therapis from supportteam@fpmarkets.com and he said they have nothing to do with this, it has to be checked directly with the service provider. 
What do you reckon we should do in this case? 

Clearly something is wrong in either the platform or broker, if a meeting is necessary please let me know.

Our assessment is that trading is disabled by the broker and it's their responsibility to help you, since you are their client, not ours. If they cannot figure out how to solve the problem, they should contact us directly.
