From the screenshot ir is not clear what is the problem. Could you please send us two screenshots, one for W1 and one for H4 showing the difference you are writng about?

Hi Ton,

The ID is assigned based on the closing time of the deal, not the entry time. This means that the deal is assigned an ID as soon as it enters the History.

The grid is ordered by entry time not by ID. So you shoudn't expect the IDs to be in sequence.

Hi antun_8,

We are aware of this issue and we are working on resolving it. In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions below as a temporary workaround for the problem.

  1.  Zoom into the chart until the max zoom level is reached.
  2. Drag the label with remaining time found on the X Axis to the center of the chart until the X Axis scroll bar appears.
  3. When the scroll bar appears, scroll to the left side of the chart until the dates you wish to see are loaded.

Hi Max T,

Regarding the multiplier issue, I could not reproduce it. Can you please grab a short video wtih the exact steps you are following?

About the disconnections, they are expected during the weekends due to mainteinance tasks taking place on our side. If they happen during weekdays then you will need to provide us with more information to investigate the issue. We will need broker and account number as wel as exact times of disconnection.

It is the price that will be considered for the slippage calculation. If you want it to behave like the previous version, just use bid/ask prices.
