Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at Snowrider. In this role, you will act as a key partner to executives, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient time management. You will handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to help a growing game company succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and strategic planning.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the gaming, tech, or creative industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
