Videographer Editor - Geometry Dash

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer Editor to produce high-quality video content for Geometry Dash. In this role, you will capture, edit, and deliver engaging videos that showcase gameplay, updates, community creations, and promotional campaigns.

You will play a key role in shaping how the game is presented across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and app stores. This position requires a strong sense of rhythm, visual storytelling, and editing precision—perfectly aligned with the fast-paced, music-driven nature of geometry dash game.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality gameplay footage, trailers, and promotional videos for Geometry Dash.
• Edit videos with a strong focus on timing, syncing visuals to music and rhythm.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including short-form and long-form videos.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align video content with game updates and campaigns.
• Produce cinematic trailers, feature showcases, and update announcements.
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, app stores).
• Manage video assets, file organization, and version control.
• Stay up to date with trends in gaming content, editing styles, and social media formats.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in gaming or digital media.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and synchronization with music.
• Experience capturing gameplay footage on PC and/or mobile platforms.
• Solid knowledge of video formats, compression, and export settings.
• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Geometry Dash gameplay and community culture.
