Blank Charts

Allow creating blank charts on cTrader, this will allow developers to create their own chart types and feed it with their own data, for now, the user must select a symbol to create a chart for.

Once the user created a blank chart, he will be able to add indicators on it, and the indicator/cBot will be able to subscribe to any symbol or do anything it wants to.
