Visual placement of Open, TP, SL and auto calculate pos size based on $ Risk

Modify the existing trade placement such that:

Open - A picker to pick the open from the chart and place horizontal line
TP - A picker to pick the TP price from the chart and place horizontal line
SL - A picker to pick the SL price from the chart and place horizontal line
Risk $ - Enter the $ amount of capital you are willing to risk
Lot Size - This is auto calculated from the above information
