Hi Patrick,

I triend this but I cannot reproduce it. Charts change with up and down arrows. Is there a chance that your cTrader lost focus and does not respond to the buttons any more? Can you record a short video demonstrating the behavior with the mouse?

Hi Pierre,

In the desktop application, you should be getting a Windows form as well. Did you try signing in using the Windows form? As for the web sign in, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) of the page and let me know if it resolves the problem.
